Katie Holmes is becoming that girl we all knew who stole, excuse us, reappropriated someone else's style. If the oversize sunglasses, Hermès bag, leggy ensembles and globular breasts don't give it away, Katie is ripping off Posh.

Sure, Victoria Beckham gives her secrets away in a style book, and it's great to draw inspiration from those around you. But Katie looks to be in danger of getting hit with a straight-up copyright-infringement notice any day now.

We have a few suggestions for Kate on how to make the Posh look work for her. First, ditch the bug glasses—they're really starting to creep us out. Second, keep it up with the legs because, damn girl, you got 'em. Third, order a normal-sized Birkin bag—this ginormous one does not look easy to carry. And finally, we can only handle one woman who likes to push her breasts up to her chin, and Posh already called dibs.

See, it's entirely possible to be inspired by someone's style without (poorly) copying it.
